We asked members of our adult Sunday school class a few questions. Here is what they had to say:

What usually takes place during the adult Sunday school time?
Mostly there will be Sunday school material which we will be guided through. We read the materials as well as the Bible text, form a group, answer the questions, come back together, report our findings and then discuss and express our opinons.

What is the atmosphere of the group?
Friendly, informal, open, simple, and non-judgemental.

Why do you attend Sunday school?
It gives me a chance to know my Bible and my faith in depth. It is a time where I can share my insight and learn from others.

What stands out to you as the most significant aspect or characterisitc of the adult group?
People are honest and open. They show a willingness to listen and a desire to know each other better. It is fun too!

What are some materials, subjects or discussions from Sunday school that have made an impact on you and your faith?
Once we had a book titled "Beyound Our Prayer" which we used as the Sunday school material. I was blessed and astonished how God is able to do His job through people - no matter what! Almost every time when people share their life experiences I receive a remarkable lesson.
